K ur të nesërmen në mëngjes njerëzit e qytetit u ngritën, panë që altari i Baalit ishte shembur, që Asherahu që ndodhej pranë tij ishte rrëzuar dhe që demi i dytë ishte ofruar si olokaust mbi altarin që ishte ndërtuar.

When the men of the city arose early in the morning, behold, the altar of Baal was broken down, and the Asherah was cut down that was by it, and the second bull was offered on the altar that was built.
