Ligji i Përtërirë 9:4 ~ Deuteronomy 9:4

K ur Zoti, Perëndia yt, do t’i ketë dëbuar para teje, mos thuaj në zemrën tënde: "Éshtë për shkak të drejtësisë sime që Zoti më dha në zotërim këtë vend". Éshtë përkundrazi ligësia e këtyre kombeve që e shtyu Zotin t’i dëbojë para teje.

Speak not thou in thy heart, after that Jehovah thy God hath thrust them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness Jehovah hath brought me in to possess this land; whereas for the wickedness of these nations Jehovah doth drive them out from before thee.
