D he do të ndodhë që, në qoftë se ndonjë familje e dheut nuk do të shkojë në Jeruzalem për të adhuruar Mbretin, Zotin e ushtrive, kurrfarë shiu nuk do të bjerë mbi to.

And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
