E fraimi është një shtypës dhe një shkelës i drejtësisë, sepse ka ndjekur me vendosmëri urdhrat njerëzore.

Ephraim is oppressed; he is broken and crushed by judgment, because he was content to walk after idols (images) and man’s command ( vanities and filth ).
