D ritaret dhe mbajtëset e tyre përbrenda portave kishin kanate rreth e qark; e njëjta gjë ndodhte për harqet. Kishte gjithashtu dritare rreth e qark në pjesën e brendshme dhe mbi mbajtëset ishin përfytyruar disa palma.

And there were closed windows to the chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the projections; and the windows round about were inward; and upon post were palm-trees.
