K undër Kedarit dhe mbretërive të Hatsorit, që Nebukadnetsari, mbreti i Babilonisë, ka mundur. Kështu thotë Zoti: "Çohuni, dilni kundër Kedarit dhe shkatërroni bijtë e lindjes.
