K ështu thotë Zoti, që ka dhënë diellin për dritën e ditës dhe i ka dhënë ligje hënës dhe yjeve për dritën e natës, që e larton detin dhe i bën dallgët të uturijnë, emri i të cilit është Zoti, i ushtrive.
