P or ata nuk e dëgjuan as ia vunë veshin, por secili eci sipas kryeneçësisë së zemrës së keqe të tij; prandaj unë do të bëj që të goditen nga të gjitha gjërat e përmendura në këtë besëlidhje, për të cilat kisha urdhëruar t’i respektonin, por që ata nuk i respektuan".

Yet they did not hear, nor did they incline their ear, but walked each one in the imagination of their evil heart; therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.
