K ështu u foli Moisiu bijve të Izraelit; por ata nuk ia vunë veshin Moisiut, nga shkaku i ankthit dhe i skllavërise së rëndë.

Moses told this to the Israelites, but they refused to listen to Moses because of their impatience and anguish of spirit and because of their cruel bondage.
