O Perëndia im, shpirti më është ligështuar përbrenda; prandaj më kujtohesh ti nga vendi i Jordanit dhe nga majat e Hermonit, nga mali i Mitsarit.

My God, my soul is in despair within me. Therefore I remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon, from the hill Mizar.
