P or burrat e ushtrisë, që Amatsiahu kishte shpërndarë që të mos vinin me të për të luftuar, u vërsulën mbi qytetet e Judës, nga Samaria deri në Beth-Horon, duke vrarë tre mijë banorë dhe duke marrë një plaçkë të madhe.

But the soldiers of the army which Amaziah sent back, that they should not go with him to battle, fell upon the cities of Judah, from Samaria even unto Bethhoron, and smote three thousand of them and took much spoil.
