N ë të vërtetë bijtë e Athaliahës, të kësaj gruaje të keqe, kishin plaçkitur shtëpinë e Perëndisë dhe kishin përdorur madje gjithë gjërat e shenjtëruara të shtëpisë të Zotit për Baalët.

For the sons of Athaliah, that wicked woman, had broken up the house of God; and also all the dedicated things of the house of Jehovah did they bestow upon the Baalim.
