N jeri prej tyre që kishte dalë ndër fusha për të mbledhur barëra, gjeti një bimë të egër kacavarëse, prej së cilës mblodhi kolokuintidet dhe mbushi veshjen e tij me to; pastaj u kthye dhe i copëtoi në kusinë e supës, megjithëse nuk e dinte se ç’ishin.

And one went out into the field to gather herbs and found a wild vine and gathered his lap full of wild grapes and came and shred them into the pot of pottage, for they knew them not.
