D he i thoni Amasas: "A nuk je ti kocka dhe mishi im? Këtë më bëftë Perëndia, madje edhe më keq, në rast se ti nuk bëhesh për gjithnjë komandanti i ushtrisë në vend të Joabit".

And say ye to Amasa, Art thou not of my bone, and of my flesh? God do so to me, and more also, if thou be not captain of the host before me continually in the room of Joab.
