N uk kishte ende mbi tokë asnjë shkurrëz në fushë dhe asnjë bar nuk kishte mbirë ende në fushë, sepse Zoti Perëndi nuk kishte hedhur asnjë shi mbi tokën dhe nuk ekzistonte njeriu për të punuar tokën.

and every shrub of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew; for Jehovah Elohim had not caused it to rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground.
