B ut Jonathan heard not when his father charged the people with the oath: wherefore he put forth the end of the rod that was in his hand, and dipped it in an honeycomb, and put his hand to his mouth; and his eyes were enlightened.

约 拿 单 没 有 听 见 他 父 亲 叫 百 姓 起 誓 ， 所 以 伸 手 中 的 杖 ， 用 杖 头 蘸 在 蜂 房 里 ， 转 手 送 入 口 内 ， 眼 睛 就 明 亮 了 。
