A nd when they were by Jebus, the day was far spent; and the servant said unto his master, Come, I pray thee, and let us turn in into this city of the Jebusites, and lodge in it.

Cînd s'au apropiat de Iebus, ziua se plecase mult spre seară. Sluga a zis atunci stăpînului său:,, Haidem, să ne îndreptăm spre cetatea aceasta a Iebusiţilor, şi să rămînem în ea peste noapte``.
