b ut was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

لَكِنَّهُ وُبِّخَ عَلَى إساءَتِهِ. فَقَدْ نَطَقَ حِمارٌ أعجَمُ بِصَوْتٍ بَشَرِيٍّ، فَمَنَعَ النَّبِيَّ مِنِ ارتِكابِ حَماقَتِهِ.
