James 5:12 ~ Santiago 5:12

B ut above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.

Pero sobre todo, hermanos míos, no juren ni por el cielo, ni por la tierra, ni por ninguna otra cosa. Cuando digan «sí», que sea «sí»; y cuando digan «no», que sea «no». De lo contrario, caerán en condenación.
