t hen the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

l’uomo che si è coricato con lei darà al padre della fanciulla cinquanta sicli d’argento e lei sarà sua moglie, perché l’ha disonorata; e non potrà mandarla via per tutto il tempo della sua vita.
