Deuteronomy 16:18 ~ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 16:18

J udges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

«وَعَيِّنُوا لِأنفُسِكُمْ قُضاةً وَمَسؤُولِينَ لِكُلِّ قَبائِلِكُمْ فِي كُلِّ المُدُنِ الَّتِي أعطاها إلَهُكُمْ لَكُمْ. فَيَنبَغِي أنْ يَحكُمُوا بِعَدلٍ دُونَ تَميِيزٍ بَينَ النّاسِ.
