a nd ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

Să le surpaţi altarele, să le sfărîmaţi stîlpii idoleşti, să le ardeţi în foc copacii închinaţi idolilor lor, să dărîmaţi chipurile cioplite ale dumnezeilor lor, şi să faceţi să le piară numele din locurile acelea.
