F or rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:


Deoarece conducătorii nu le inspiră teamă celor ce fac binele, ci celor ce fac răul. Vrei deci să nu-ţi fie frică de autoritate? Fă ce este bine şi vei fi lăudat de ea!
