C ommand therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.

Ordena, pois, que o sepulcro dele seja guardado até o terceiro dia, para que não venham seus discípulos e, roubando o corpo, digam ao povo que ele ressuscitou dentre os mortos. Este último engano será pior do que o primeiro”.
