T herefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.

Il popolo venne da Mosè e disse: «Abbiamo peccato, perché abbiamo parlato contro il Signore e contro di te; prega il Signore che allontani da noi questi serpenti». E Mosè pregò per il popolo.
