t o be a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the Lord; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the Lord said to him by the hand of Moses.

aşa cum i-a poruncit Domnul prin Moise. Aceasta este o aducere-aminte pentru israeliţi pentru ca nici un străin, care nu este urmaş al lui Aaron, să nu se apropie să aducă tămâie înaintea Domnului, ca să nu i se întâmple la fel cum i s-a întâmplat lui Korah şi celor ce au fost cu el.
