A nd upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Voi aduce împotriva Elamului cele patru vânturi de la cele patru margini ale cerului. Îi voi împrăştia în toate vânturile acestea şi nu va fi nici un neam la care să nu ajungă deportaţii Elamului.
