Y ea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Cosí la verità è scomparsa, e chi si ritrae dal male si rende una facile preda. L'Eterno ha visto questo e gli è dispiaciuto che non vi sia piú rettitudine.
