Isaiah 44:19 ~ Isaías 44:19

A nd none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?

No se pone a pensar. No es capaz de razonar ni de entender, para decir: «Si parte de esta leña la quemé en el fuego, y sobre sus brasas cocí pan, asé carne, y me la comí, ¿con el resto de esa leña voy a hacer algo abominable? ¿Voy a arrodillarme delante de un tronco de árbol?»
