H ast thou not heard long ago, how I have done it; and of ancient times, that I have formed it? now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defenced cities into ruinous heaps.

Non hai forse udito che da lungo tempo ho preparato questo, da tempi antichi ne ho formato il disegno? Ora ho fatto accadere questo: che tu riducessi in cumuli di rovine città fortificate.
