Isaiah 29:4 ~ Isaiah 29:4

A nd thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

And you shall be laid low, speaking from beneath the ground, and your speech shall come humbly from the dust. And your voice shall be like that of a ghost coming from the earth, and your speech shall whisper and squeak as it chatters from the dust.
