S urely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.

لِأنَّ خَضَّ الحَلِيبِ يُنتِجُ زُبدَةً، وَعَصرَ الأنفِ يُنتِجُ دَماً، وَكَذَلِكَ فإنَّ إثارَةَ الغَضَبِ تُسَبِّبُ المَشاكِلَ.
