H e shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.

مَنْ يَغْمِزُ عَينَيهِ يُخَطِّطُ لِلفَوضَى وَالخَرابِ، وَبِزَمِّ شَفَتَيهِ يُظهِرُ نِيَّتَهُ لِلشَّرِّ.
