A nd all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.

Tout le peuple entendait les tonnerres et le son de la trompette; il voyait les flammes de la montagne fumante. A ce spectacle, le peuple tremblait, et se tenait dans l'éloignement.
