M oreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

Caută oameni destoinici în popor, oameni care se tem de Dumnezeu, care sunt vrednici de încredere şi urăsc câştigul necinstit. Pune-i pe aceşti oameni conducători peste o mie, peste o sută, peste cincizeci şi peste zece oameni.
