T heir sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

Durerile celor ce aleargă după idoli se înmulţesc; eu însă nu aduc ca ei jertfe de băutură din sânge şi nici nu pun numele idolilor lor pe buzele mele.
