T hen Eliezer the son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, the Lord hath broken thy works. And the ships were broken, that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

Eliézer, filho de Dodava de Maressa, profetizou contra Josafá, dizendo: “Por haver feito um tratado com Acazias, o Senhor destruirá o que você fez”. Assim, os navios naufragaram e não se pode cumprir o tratado comercial.
