A nd it came to pass, when Baasha heard it, that he left off building of Ramah, and let his work cease.

فَلَمّا وَصَلَ بَعْشا خَبَرُ الهُجُوم عَلَى مُدُن إسْرائِيلَ، أوْقَفَ تَحْصِينَ الرّامَةِ، وَصَرَفَ النَّظَرَ عَن ذَلِكَ العَمَلِ.
