A nd David built there an altar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the Lord; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt offering.

David a zidit acolo un altar Domnului, şi a adus arderi de tot şi jertfe de mulţămire. A chemat pe Domnul, şi Domnul i -a răspuns prin foc, care s'a pogorît din cer pe altarul arderii de tot.
