A nd when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were fled, they likewise fled before Abishai his brother, and entered into the city. Then Joab came to Jerusalem.

Amoniţii, văzând că arameii dau bir cu fugiţii, au fugit şi ei dinaintea lui Abişai, fratele lui Ioab, şi s-au retras în cetate. Apoi Ioab s-a întors la Ierusalim.
