S o Joram went over to Zair, and all the chariots with him: and he rose by night, and smote the Edomites which compassed him about, and the captains of the chariots: and the people fled into their tents.

Bấy giờ, Giô-ram qua Xai-rơ, đem theo hết thảy xe binh mình. Người chổi dậy ban đêm, hãm đánh quân Ê-đôm, và các quan cai xe lính họ vẫn vây chung quanh người. Quân lính người thoát khỏi về trại mình.
