B ut Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the Lord liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.

gedachte Gehasi, der Diener Elisas, des Mannes Gottes: Siehe, mein Herr hat diesen Syrer Naeman verschont, daß er nichts von ihm hat genommen, das er gebracht hat. So wahr der HERR lebt, ich will ihm nachlaufen und etwas von ihm nehmen.
