A nd Jehoiakim gave the silver and the gold to Pharaoh; but he taxed the land to give the money according to the commandment of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of every one according to his taxation, to give it unto Pharaoh-nechoh.

Y Joacim pagó a Faraón la plata y el oro; mas impuso una derrama al país, para dar el dinero conforme al mandamiento de Faraón, sacando la plata y el oro del pueblo de la tierra, de cada uno según la estimación de su hacienda, para darlo al Faraón Necó. Reinado de Joacim
