A nd Joab said, As God liveth, unless thou hadst spoken, surely then in the morning the people had gone up every one from following his brother.

约 押 说 ： 我 指 着 永 生 的 神 起 誓 ： 你 若 不 说 戏 耍 的 那 句 话 ， 今 日 早 晨 百 姓 就 回 去 ， 不 追 赶 弟 兄 了 。
