E ntão Samuel tomou uma pedra, e a pôs entre Mizpá e Sem, e lhe chamou Ebenézer; e disse: Até aqui nos ajudou o Senhor.

Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the Lord helped us.
