T endo, pois, cada um cortado o seu ramo, seguiram a Abimeleque; e, pondo os ramos junto da fortaleza, queimaram-na a fogo com os que nela estavam; de modo que morreram também todos os de Migdol-Siquém, cerca de mil homens e mulheres.

And all the people likewise cut down every man his bough, and they followed Abimelech, and put to the hold, and burned the hold with fire upon them. And all the men of the tower of Shechem died also, about a thousand men and women.
