E ntão Jael, mulher de Heber, tomou uma estaca da tenda e, levando um martelo, chegou-se de mansinho a ele e lhe cravou a estaca na fonte, de sorte que penetrou na terra; pois ele estava num profundo sono e mui cansado. E assim morreu.

Then Jael Heber's wife took a tent-pin, and took a hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the pin into his temples, and it pierced through into the ground; for he was in a deep sleep; so he swooned and died.
