E ntão, levantando-se os filhos de Israel, subiram a Betel, e consultaram a Deus, perguntando: Quem dentre nós subirá primeiro a pelejar contra Benjamim ? Respondeu o Senhor: Judá subirá primeiro.

The children of Israel arose, went up to Bethel, and asked counsel of God. They asked, “Who shall go up for us first to battle against the children of Benjamin?” Yahweh said, “Judah first.”
