E ntão ouvi uma voz do céu, que dizia: Escreve: Bem-aventurados os mortos que desde agora morrem no Senhor. Sim, diz o Espírito, para que descansem dos seus trabalhos, pois as suas obras os acompanham.

I heard the voice from heaven saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors; for their works follow with them.”
