Deuteronômio 28:13 ~ Deuteronomy 28:13

E o Senhor te porá por cabeça, e não por cauda; e só estarás por cima, e não por baixo; se obedeceres aos mandamentos do Senhor teu Deus, que eu hoje te ordeno, para os guardar e cumprir,

And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
